# Problems making Master Copies

## Your mastercopy has jammed

Something may not have released properly on the drum in which case you can pull out the drum and peel off the master from there. Make sure you double check the drum to see if there is any pieces of paper stuck on to prevent blocked images

1. Put on gloves
2. Pull the master copy disposal box to remove the jammed master. 
3. The risograph will then ask you to open the ink drum in order to pull out the jammed master copy.
